The garden of the “Landhaus Oderbruch” offers almost 2,000 m², two grill stations, two fire pits, fruit trees and a huge open space. There is enough space here forworking (home office) and Leisure activities such as badminton, Frisbee, reading, chilling, relaxing in the hammock and much more.
With the free high-speed WiFi coverage, care was taken to ensure that it not only extends over the entire house, but also that there is sufficient coverage on the terrace in the garden.
The terrace of the old barn and a garden pavilion with hammocks offer enough space to linger, relax or have dinner outdoors.
The holiday apartments are the ideal place to slow down, relax and work (home office).

Sustainable relaxation outside of Berlin
During the renovation, our focus was being as resource-saving and sustainable as possible. In this way, the individual style of the country house, which is over 100 years old, could be preserved and at the same time brought into the modern era. Existing old materials such as wood, floorboards, clinker bricks, tiled stoves and other parts of the house were reused and refurbished by hand.
A biological decalcification system ensures the best possible drinking and service water quality throughout the house. Several rainwater reservoirs with a capacity of over 8,000 liters were created to collect rainwater. The rainwater is used to irrigate the garden. The large outbuilding (old barn) has been partially renovated and underlines the special charm of the property. During the renovation, dilapidated parts of the barn were removed, clinker bricks and wood were largely refurbished by hand and used to build a new covered terrace. The house has state-of-the-art, energy-efficient gas heating and complete thermal insulation on the façade, which keeps the house pleasantly cool in summer and cozy and warm in winter. Four tiled stoves have been preserved in two of the three residential units. They not only offer a special charm, but are also sustainably heated. These additional heat sources ensure a special indoor climate and the regenerative use significantly reduces fossil energy consumption.
