A warm welcome:

Your check-in is possible from 16:00, and we ask you to leave the apartment by 11:00 on the day of check-out. Please let us know your approximate arrival time in advance so that we can welcome you personally. We will be happy to show you everything about your accommodation and Landhaus Oderbruch in person. For earlier or later arrival and departure times, please contact us in advance.

No problem:

Up to three cars can easily be parked on the property. Please discuss this with us or any other guests. Parking is available on the public road. Larger vehicles, such as camper vans or larger vans, can be parked at the end of the street.

Work, stream and surf without any problems: 

Free Wi-Fi with up to 100Mbit is available throughout the house. For the Wi-Fi coverage, it was also important to us to have coverage in the garden, so you can surf in the garden without any problems and work on the terrace if necessary. You will receive the W-LAN access on the day of your arrival.

There is no such thing here: 

The Oderbruch is a paradise for nature lovers and offers numerous opportunities for outdoor activities such as hiking, cycling, canoe tours, swimming, horse riding, fishing, organic farms and much more. In our entrance area you will find first tips. There is a tourist information office in Bad Freienwalde - where you can get more information about cycling and hiking routes and current events.

The Landhaus has badminton, frisbee, board games, hammocks, garden, terrace and a sandpit. Should the weather not play along, you will find a Bluetooth box in each apartment, as well as Smart TV in two of the three apartments. Please note that the TVs are internet streaming devices and you will need your own account for Netflix, Apple TV or Amazon.

Mobile in the Oderbruch:

We have two bicycles which we are happy to make available to you free of charge. You use them at your own risk and are liable for any loss or damage. You are welcome to bring your own bikes, or you can hire bikes in Oderberg, for example.

A fresh atmosphere:

To ensure a pleasant and clean environment for everyone, smoking is not permitted in the apartments. The entire outdoor area is available for smokers. Please note and use the ashtrays provided.

A home in order:

During your stay, please be considerate of other guests and leave your apartment/common areas/garden as you found it - this will help everyone feel comfortable.

Harmonious tranquillity:

Let's work together to create a peaceful atmosphere. Quiet times must be observed. The night's rest is particularly protected from 22:00 in Brandenburg - on Sundays and public holidays from 20:00. We ask you to be considerate of your fellow guests and our neighbors. 

Celebrations, events and parties are therefore not permitted.

No house pets, please:

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets in order to avoid allergies and possible inconvenience to others. We are unfortunately affected by this ourselves and thank you for your understanding.

We love BBQ: 

Please use the two barbecue areas provided for this purpose.

Open fires are to be avoided at all costs. Especially in the summer months there is an absolute ban on open fires, please note the current fire safety instructions / forest fire hazard of the state of Brandenburg. The firewood is not intended for use by guests!

Please consider the existing wood as furniture of the owner, especially in the apartment "Das Atelier". The firewood is not intended for independent use by guests. The cleaning of the tiled stoves/barbecues is also not included in the final cleaning. If you wish to use firewood or the tiled stoves, please contact us in advance!

Safety first:

Please do not forget to lock your apartment door and the front door when you leave the apartment. Please also lock the front door after 22:00. Please do not lock the middle door at the entrance and do not remove the key. 

Your safety and the protection of your valuables are important to us. The outside area and the entrance area are therefore under video surveillance and the recordings are automatically deleted within a few days. No recordings are made in the private rooms. 

You will find the first aid kit and a fire extinguisher in the entrance area (on the cupboard). Our apartments are equipped with fire detectors.

Space for everyone:

The registered number of guests must not be exceeded. If this should change at short notice, please discuss this with us in advance - this way we can guarantee a comfortable stay for everyone.

Careful hands:

Some of the furnishings are antiques and unique pieces. Therefore, please treat the furnishings and equipment of the apartment/garden with care. However, should anything happen, please let us know.

For the sake of the environment:

We separate organic, paper, used glass, packaging/yellow garbage can, metal and residual waste. Please support us in this: 

Organic waste: Please use the organic waste bags in your apartment and dispose of them in one of the two composters in the garden on the right-hand side of the garden (in front of and behind the wooden pavilion) - please do not dispose of any animal products on the composter and put them in the household waste. 

Glass and paper: The two baskets in the entrance area are available for glass and paper. 

For residual waste and packaging, please use the appropriate waste bins in your apartment and dispose of them in the yellow garbage can (packaging) or the small black garbage can (residual waste). 

Toilets: Please note that only toilet paper belongs in the toilet. Please do not throw any waste, such as toiletries or paper towels, into the toilet. The village is not connected to the sewage system, so it is all the more important here, which should be a matter of course. 

Please note that we store approx. 8,000 liters of rainwater for watering the garden - please do not drink the water in the garden and/or use it as an outdoor shower.

Everything back in its place:

You don't have to worry about the final cleaning. We will do this for you. However, please leave the house, apartment and garden as you found them: Dishes washed, garbage disposed of, ashes emptied (oven and barbecue) and everything put back in its place. If you have rented several apartments in particular, please make sure that you leave the individual inventory/dishes in the respective apartment. If additional services are required, these will be charged at EUR 25 per hour (e.g. barbecue and crockery cleaning).

Please transfer the agreed deposit amount before your arrival or bring it with you in cash on your arrival at the latest. If everything is in order after your check-out, you will receive a refund of the deposit. If anything is broken or damaged, simply let us know directly and we will replace it.  We only charge the purchase price - in consultation with you (plus 25,- EUR per hour for organization and handling).  

We reserve the right to terminate your stay in the event of a serious breach of the rules (e.g. parties and disturbances), without entitlement to a refund of the booking costs or repayment of the deposit.

If you do not object beforehand, you accept the above terms and conditions upon arrival.
